Kind MicroSchool is a KIND alternative to traditional education.

At Kind Micro, we believe today’s students are naturally curious and excited to learn in a new way. The one-size-fits-all, studying-the-same-thing, at-the-same-time, in-the-same-way model is outdated and hinders success. Our mission is to inspire each child who enters its doors to find the spark that will set them on their life's journey to impact the world in a positive way. Each day at Kind Micro students will learn how to be kind to themselves, kind to each other, and kind to the world.

Kind Micro also utilizes blended learning, which combines the best of online media approaches with the main features of traditional instruction to provide an integrated learning experience. Our programs are always supported with guidance from our Facilitators, known as Kind Guides.

Join our co-op to experience our service learning curriculum, at least once a month field trips, experiential and project based activities that will have your child fall in love with learning again!

What does a typical day look like?

9:30 - 10:00 // Arrival, Socialize, Free Play Outside, Snack

10:00 - 10:15 // Morning Meeting, Set Intentions, Discuss Center Based Activities

10:15 - 11:30 // Math & Language Arts

11:30 - 12:30 // Science or Nature Studies

12:30 - 1:30 // Recess
