Join us for this free demo yoga class!
Outdoor Program - This mindful moving class is designed to plant and water the seeds of body, mind, and spirit awareness. Each session will follow the weekly theme of Kind Academy's classes. It will be full of creative ways of learning and practicing new skills through books, crafts, music, yoga postures, breathing techniques, and props. We will learn essential skills and wisdom including emotion regulation, self and other awareness, mindfulness, and of course all while building a loving community.
